Can I change how low it hangs?
Yes. It comes with rods 8x24" + 4x12" + 2x6" + 2x3", so your installer can set the height, up to about 11' 8" overall.
 

Will it work on a sloped ceiling?
Yes, it's sloped ceiling compatible.
 

Can it go in a bathroom?
It's rated for dry locations, so keep it out of bathrooms and outdoor spaces.
