Stock
If the item is not in stock at the store we try to get the order shipped out or ready for pick up within 1-2 weeks provided the vendor has stock. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you and the order can be refunded or left on order

Can I change how low it hangs?
Yes. It comes with rods 6x12" + 1x6" + 1x3", so your installer can set the height. See Hanging in the Size Guide for each size.
 

Will it work on a sloped ceiling?
Yes, it's sloped ceiling compatible.
 

Can it go in a bathroom?
Yes. It's damp rated, so it's fine in bathrooms, just not inside the shower.
 

What's the warranty?
1 year from Z-Lite.
